With over 30 years of sales experience in various industries, he has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, building client relationships, and leading successful sales teams. His expertise includes both B2B and B2C sales, strategic planning, negotiation, and leveraging technology for business growth. He operates a mortgage broker service in Brick, NJ, proficient in Encompass Mortgage Software and various loan products, growing the business from $0 to $20 million in loans. He has also consulted for Pushpins App on sales and marketing, and owned Forest Printing Group for 29 years, focusing on customer development and business management. Mr. Koch attended Blair Academy and holds certifications from Ohio Wesleyan University and has studied in Seton Hall’s MPA (Master of Public Administration) program
