Jim Alex is a seasoned construction industry executive.  He has 30 years of mid to upper-level management experience that ranges from sales manager positions, regional managers positions to president of Leading Concepts, a marketing and sales company to the construction industry. For the past 24 years he has held roles primarily in the commercial and residential roofing industry.  ​

Jim strategically grew the Southeastern region to over 300% in the last six years to annual revenue of $50 million a year. Jim primarily manages roofing and construction materials for one of the largest metal roofing manufacturers in the world as the regional manager for the southeastern part of the US, which also includes the Caribbean.  Jim is extremely well versed in the product approvals process in Florida and specifically Miami Dade approvals.  Jim sits on two committees, which identify and utilize innovative standard operating procedures in the roofing industry for new product approvals.

Jim is past chairman and sits on the Board of Directors and is currently a member of the executive Board of Directors and Treasure of the Better Business Bureau of West Florida since 1992.  Jim is a member of several construction and roofing industry specific organizations within the State of Florida.

On his down time, Jim enjoys riding his Harley, restoring cars and sports.  Jim’s number one activity is to spend time with his family.   ​
